However, increasing competition and the rise of lower-priced products from Eastern Asia were tightening the market. Additionally, the lack of a compelling consumer experience at NikeTown stores negatively impacted overall business.
Through an extensive brand refresh initiative, we meticulously crafted distinct and targeted creative communications tailored for various consumer segments, enriching the shopping journey at Niketown locations throughout North America.
